The Role;
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Administrator to support our marketing operations across digital communications, event coordination, and social media activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to ensure campaigns run smoothly, deadlines are met, and brand presence remains consistent across all channels.
This is an office-based role, where some travel to events may be required occasionally.

Est 2001, we have over 2 decades of experience in the Irish renewable energy market.
Following the successful launch of our Home Energy Upgrade division in 2021, bolstered by over 20 years of experience delivering cost and energy savings to clients nationwide, we are delighted to have delivered >15% of the SEAI's One Stop Shop and CEG projects in 2024.
These have been a mixture of shallow renovations and deep retrofit projects with increased targets for 2025.
Key Responsibilities;
Email Marketing & Campaign Support
* Plan, build, and schedule email campaigns using our chosen email marketing platform Zoho.
* Assist with audience segmentation, contact management, and list hygiene.
* Track email campaign performance and provide basic reporting on open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
* Coordinate content and assets with internal teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time.
Event Coordination
* Support the planning and organisation of online and in-person events, including webinars, trade shows, customer events, and internal marketing activities
* Manage event logistics; event registrations, venue bookings, suppliers, and promotional materials
* Assist with event communications, including invitations, reminders, and follow-up messaging
* Help ensure events run smoothly on the day with hands-on administrative support
Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Posting & Social Coordination
* Schedule and publish posts on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram) based on the content calendar
* Ensure posts are aligned with brand guidelines
* Monitor engagement and flag comments or inquiries for follow-up
* Assist in gathering content ideas and reporting on post performance
General Marketing Administration
* Maintain marketing calendars, project trackers, and asset libraries.
* Support the creation and organisation of marketing materials and documentation.
* Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to assist with ongoing marketing tasks
Requirements
* Min 2 years administration experience in a marketing role
* Strong organisational and time-management skills with excellent attention to detail
* Experience using email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Campaign Monitor) preferred
* Basic familiarity with Meta Business Suite (Facebook & Instagram)
* Comfortable using digital collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, project management tools)
* Good communication skills and ability to coordinate across teams
* A proactive, can-do attitude with willingness to learn and support wherever needed
