Are you a skilled educator with experience in clinical practice? We are seeking a Clinical Skills Facilitator to join our team in the Emergency Department. As a Clinical Skills Facilitator, you will play a key role in providing practice-based education, competency assessment and simulation-based training for nursing and HCA staff.

As a Clinical Skills Facilitator, you will be responsible for working collaboratively with the Nurse Practice Development Unit to translate evidence-based practice into safer patient care. You will also provide structured orientation and mentorship for new staff, supporting their development of emergency assessment and technical skills.
