Senior Financial Professional
* The role involves consulting operational procedures, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures and prioritizing good manufacturing practices in operations.
* Key responsibilities include month end reporting, accounting compliance and providing financial support to other departments.
* Inventory accuracy monitoring, activity-based analysis for cycle counting and assistance in internal and external audits are also critical duties.
* Liaising with shared services, managing raw materials inventory reports and carrying out assignments/projects as directed by the financial controller are also part of the role.
* Analysing material usage variances, working with operations teams and participating in process improvement initiatives are essential tasks.
* Preparing plans and budget estimates quarterly/yearly, performing relevant monthly reconciliations and providing finance support to site in relation to projects are also key responsibilities.
* Responsible for completion of Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), actual to actual analysis, product cost change analysis and finance representation on Process Improvement Team.
* Annual Physical Stock-take Co-ordination and Reconciliation, month end analysis of OCNIS, Distressed Inventory, Overtime/Payroll, Tech Centre costs and month end journals are also critical responsibilities.
