Job Title: Full Time Retail Consultant
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our retail team as a Retail Sales Consultant. As a key member of the store, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding sales targets.
Responsibilities:
* Built rapport with customers
* Understood their needs
* Suggested suitable mobile and broadband solutions.
* Sales Delivery: Consistently met or exceeded individual sales targets while contributing to the store's overall performance.
* Cleaned up day-to-day tasks such as data entry, cash handling, stock control. Have an awareness on competitor offerings so that they could provide relevant information to consumers by use of market analysis.
Please note that flexibility in work hours was very much needed in order to meet business requirements especially when dealing evenings and weekends.
