Lead Nursing Professional
This role will play a crucial part in healthcare service provision, ensuring exceptional support and care for residents.
* Evaluate the quality of care delivered by staff, facilitate ongoing training and development to enhance professional practice, and promote adherence to industry standards and best practices.
* Foster strong relationships with local community agencies to enable residents to engage in community activities and events.
* Collaborate with marketing teams to maximize the home's visibility and reputation within the local community.
* Implement and maintain effective health and safety protocols, conduct regular fire drills and evacuation procedures, and oversee preventative maintenance programmes and high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
* Contribute to the selection and interviewing process for new staff members and conduct regular assessments of their training needs.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of management experience in elderly care, hold a post-registration management qualification in health or a related field, and demonstrate a proven track record in clinical healthcare management.
