Keurig Dr. Pepper is looking for a hands-on, experienced Snr Financial Analyst for its Supply Chain Finance team. Key Responsibilities:
1. Budget/Forecasting/Action Planning:
* Understand all cost drivers to provide accurate and challenging budgets and forecasts.
* Track and monitor financial performance by analyzing actual results, comparing to budget or forecast, and providing variance analysis and business insights to management.
* Perform deep dive analyses on root causes of issues and recommend resolutions.
* Compile weekly/monthly KPI reports and other metrics, presenting them in real-time actionable formats.
* Analyze industry trends and evolving technology to proactively identify improvement opportunities, minimize risks, and ensure supply continuity.
* Coordinate with corporate accounting for accurate financial results and closing activities.
1. Direct Business Partnering:
* Develop relationships with Procurement and Corporate functions to achieve product cost and related finance KPIs and goals.
* Provide insights and recommendations to management.
* Serve as a trusted advisor to Procurement and Product Costing teams, supporting solutions that satisfy multiple stakeholders.
* Lead productivity, process, and continuous improvement initiatives.
1. Decision Support:
* Leverage BI tools and storytelling techniques to articulate actionable, data-driven insights.
* Utilize business intelligence tools and data analytics to influence decision-making.
* Develop innovative ideas and steps to accelerate organizational goals.
* Participate in training and develop new skills relevant to Supply Chain Finance.
Requirements:
* BS/BA in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience; MBA is a plus.
* Strong financial acumen, analytical problem-solving skills, and experience in business partnership.
* 5+ years experience, preferably in supply chain or manufacturing analysis.
* Proficiency in SAP; advanced Excel skills required.
* Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Planning Analytics, MicroStrategy, etc.).
* Procurement, Product Costing, or Manufacturing/Plant experience is a plus.
Seeking subject matter experts in:
* Quantitative Analysis
* Critical Thinking
* Stakeholder Management
* Data analytics and Power BI/Tableau experience required.
