Sales Development Coordinator Role
This pivotal role entails driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer service, and overseeing daily commercial and agricultural sales operations within the branch.
Key Responsibilities:
* Achieve individual sales targets and coordinate in-office sales efforts including prospecting, upselling, and cross-selling.
* Organise and manage daily office operations, ensuring team members are clear on goals and responsibilities through regular check-ins and planning.
* Deliver excellent customer service by managing queries and escalating more complex or technical issues where necessary.
* Ensure compliance with all company policies, systems, and procedures.
* Provide leadership and daily support to the sales team, fostering a collaborative and motivated environment.
* Work closely with internal teams to enhance the customer experience across all products and services.
* Support account management for Commercial and Agri clients, including renewals, upsell opportunities, and policy adjustments.
* Assist customers at the initial stage of insurance claims, in line with established procedures.
* Take responsibility for overseeing collections and outstanding payments.
* Monitor team performance and provide ongoing feedback, coaching, and development support.
* Handle administrative tasks for Personal, Commercial, and Agri lines of business.
* Act as a key point of contact between the branch, head office, and senior leadership.
