What You Will Be Doing (Responsibilities)
* Goods receipt of delivery dockets/Invoices via GRN App
* Receive materials and plant requisitions from project teams, review for accuracy (correct project, sub project and Work Breakdown) and forward to Procurement
* Build relationships with project teams and site personnel, including site visits to resolve ongoing issues
* Establish site processes for GRN collection and processing, identify persons accountable, and ensure compliance
* Ensure full documentation compliance between the GRN App and MSD 365
* Problem solve missing GRNs and non-compliance issues, liaising with accounts payable, procurement and commercial to resolve delivery notes, quantities, and delivery of goods to site
* Maintain and clean up project records; GRN reversals, orders and project closure
* Contribute to other tasks to benefit the sites as the role progresses, as capacity allows
What We Are Looking For (Qualifications)
* 3+ years’ Accounts Payable experience or in a similar role
* Construction industry experience is an advantage
* Dynamics 365 experience is a distinct advantage
* Attention to detail due to a high volume of invoices
* Excellent organization and time management skills (ability to meet deadlines)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong team player, compliant, and able to work on own initiative
