Early Careers and Engineering Coordinator Role Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised Early Careers & Engineering Coordinator to join our team in Ireland. This is a varied role that supports both the People and Engineering teams.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a coordinator or administrative role, excellent organisational and communication skills, ability to manage multiple priorities and work with various stakeholders, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams). They will also have an interest in early talent development and/or engineering functions, and be able to work independently and as part of a team.
This role involves supporting the coordination of training and development activities, including managing Engineers Ireland membership records, liaising with the People team to plan and coordinate college visits, and keeping Engineering Team SharePoint pages and Training Calendars up to date.
