Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and proactive HR Executive to join our dynamic team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role will play a pivotal part in maintaining high standards across core organisational development activities while supporting five key strategic projects that drive organisational change and growth.
The Role:
* Contribute to the delivery of a busy workplan, including learning and talent management systems, embedding new organisational values, implementing a new leadership philosophy, and supporting a new capability framework.
* Work closely with the OD Manager and the wider OD team to ensure that key HR and OD functions including employee engagement, performance management, learning and development, graduate programmes, mentorship schemes, and HR communications are delivered effectively and efficiently.
