We are pleased to announce that we are currently seeking an Estimating Co-Ordinator. This position will be office-based in Ballymount, Dublin. Reporting to the Estimating Lead.
Responsibilities
* Document control for the Estimating & Proposals team, management of incoming transmittals and internal collaboration documents
* Ensure that estimate documentation is notified/received by the relevant people involved in the tender across internal teams.
* Manage the Tender documentation to ensure that all parties have access to the required documents as required, including drawings, schedules, specifications, contract letters, submittals, RFIs and reports
* Maintain overall tender list in conjunction with the Estimating & Proposals Lead
* Maintain and co-ordinate shared documentation across multiple teams in tender collaboration process.
* Assist Estimators with issue of tender packs to sub-contractors & vendors
* Maintain sub-contractor & vendor database and details
* Maintain vigilance for the progress of requests for quotations and enquiries received from suppliers
* Prior experience in a similar pre-construction estimating role or a document control role
* Experience of knowledge sharing applications is advantageous eg. Viewpoint, BIM360 etc.
* High level of IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite
* Excellent organisation and interpersonal skills
* High level of verbal and written English is essential
