This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated hospitality professional to manage weddings, meetings, and special events from enquiry to completion. The Meeting & Events Executive will handle client relationships, coordinate event logistics, and maximise revenue while ensuring a high standard of service. Responsibilities Manage all wedding, meeting, and event enquiries, show-arounds, and follow-ups. Guide couples in building their wedding package using strong sales and negotiation skills. Maintain and update listings on third-party event platforms. Plan open evenings, attend trade shows, and follow up on all leads to secure bookings. Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to deliver seamless events. Manage bookings for small meetings, social events, and family occasions. Prepare proposals, input bookings into the system, and ensure payments are received. Complete administrative tasks including menus, seating plans, and signage. Conduct post-event feedback calls and proactive sales outreach. Requirements Experience in weddings, meetings, or events within hospitality. Proven record of achieving sales targets. Excellent organisation, communication, and attention to detail. Flexible to work evenings and weekends when required. Proficiency in booking systems and Microsoft Office.
