Job Summary:
Duty Manager are responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a hotel's food and beverage outlets. They will assist the management team, be involved in meetings, brief staff to ensure smooth communication between heads of departments.
Key Responsibilities include:
* To assist the management team
* Be involved with meetings and brief staff to ensure smooth communication between heads of departments
* To be hands on & assist fellow workers as dictated by service and customer levels
* Implement training and ongoing training in Departments
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of all food and beverage outlets within the property, in the absence of the HOD Ensure high standards of service quality guest satisfaction across all F&B departments.
