A leading wealth management firm are seeking a First -LineOperations Officer to join their firm. Reporting to the COO, you will be responsiblefor managing a team and ensuring that all client onboarding tasks are completedas a first -line of defence support to the wider Relationship Management team.This is a great opportunity to join a highly reputablefirm with a strong benefits package and hybrid work model. You will work mainlywith the Front Office to ensure the Client Account Opening process is fully reviewedand conducted.Responsibilities:Conduct pre -checks on client documentation (largely aspart of AO process)Be the key figure for the whole AML process from accountopening onwardsEnsure that data and information are consistent in theforms and verify static data vs ID documents, address verifications and companydocuments provided by the clientIdentify all partner roles with ID documents and proof ofaddress as per the relevant policyVerify that provided tax numbers and national identifiersare correctConduct Quality Checks and Risk Assessments on clientsand accounts
RequirementsWillingness to take instruction and task delegation fromCOO and Assistant Relationship Manager Team HeadProvide a service of professionalism and excellenceMeet deadlines and monitor KPIs of account openingManage all client data with due care and ensure adherenceto policies where data security is concernedProject / project lead experience favourableAML / KYC knowledge is keyKnowledge of Enhanced Due Diligence requirements isessential
