Additionally, you'll play a key role in training staff and ensuring a smooth transition to new digital tools.Key Responsibilities:Analyze current business workflows and identify areas for digital automation and improvementDesign, build, and deploy tailored Power Apps solutionsAutomate workflows using Power Automate where applicableAssist in data analysis, visualization, and reporting using Power BI or ExcelProvide user training, documentation, and ongoing supportCollaborate closely with teams to gather feedback and iteratively improve solutionsGuide change management initiatives, encouraging success adoptionHow to Succeed:Experience:Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience with building low code business application such as Quickbase, Power Apps and the Microsoft Power PlatformAt least 2 years in business analysis, process improvement, or related rolesProven ability to develop scalable, user-friendly business appsSkills:Strong analytical skills, with experience in Power BI, Excel, or similar toolsExcellent communication and teaching skills, capable of working with non-technical usersAbility to translate business needs into technical solutionsExperience working across teams and managing stakeholder expectationsPreferred:Experience in regulated industries such as pharma, healthcare, or manufacturing (not mandatory)benefitsThis role offers a very competitive hourly rate.
