Senior R&D Manager Role Overview
About the role:
* Provide leadership to a growing team of professionals, focusing on research and development activities.
* Develop and implement strategies for managing complex projects and ensuring timely delivery of results.
* Team leadership, with responsibility for team structure, talent development, and performance evaluation.
* Establish strong working relationships with other functions, including Supply Chain, Quality, and Regulatory departments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Organize and prioritize tasks, collaborating with key stakeholders to align on objectives and deadlines.
* Leverage the strengths of your team members and provide technical expertise to drive business growth in neurovascular ischemic and haemorrhagic stroke products.
* Cultivate partnerships with regulatory teams to secure approvals for portfolio products in new regions.
* Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns and deliver competitive product testing results.
* Serve as a technical resource for customer visits, presenting on the development history of our product portfolio.
* Lead investigations into customer complaints and represent the company in review meetings.
