 * Assess candidate alignment with job requirements through CV screening, selecting top applicants for initial interviews.
 * Coordinate preliminary interviews, schedule follow-ups, and refer suitable candidates to recruiters ensuring efficient hiring processes.
 * Verify candidate credentials via reference checks, tracking their performance post-onboarding to support long-term success.
 * Serve as primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process, maintaining open communication and updating application statuses within our systems.
 * Mentor interns and new employees, providing administrative support to optimize departmental efficiency and ensure seamless operations.
