Purpose of Role:
We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and hands-on
Senior Marketing Manager
to manage our marketing efforts across the Medtech portfolio.
This pivotal role will oversee the full spectrum of marketing activity — from content creation and campaign execution to team leadership and revenue generation — helping to drive brand growth, customer engagement, and commercial success across multiple markets.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Content Strategy
Develop and execute a comprehensive healthcare content marketing strategy which includes existing social channels
Create, curate, and manage high-quality content including thought leadership, customer stories, clinical case studies, and product insights
Ensure content aligns with brand positioning and supports sales and engagement goals
Demand Generation & Campaign Management
Design and deliver integrated marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads and support revenue growth
Focus on digital-first, data-driven strategies that align with the buyer journey and sales funnel
Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on insights
Product Launch & Growth Marketing (Digital focus)
Collaborate with commercial teams to develop and launch go-to-market strategies for new products
Craft messaging and digital content tailored to target audiences and business goals
Agency & Vendor Management
Manage and coordinate external agencies supporting digital advertising, PR, content production, and event execution
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with strategy
Digital Marketing
Oversee online digital marketing to support efficient scale
Ensure regular website updates and review social media channels
Event Strategy & Execution
Plan and deliver impactful live and virtual events, including tradeshows, webinars, workshops, and customer briefings
Coordinate logistics, speaker management, and post-event lead nurturing
Budget Management
Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to meet strategic objectives
Track and report on marketing spend and ROI across channels
Team Leadership
Lead and develop a high-performing Marketing Specialist
Provide coaching, mentorship, and professional development to team members
Foster a collaborative and accountable team culture
Strategic Marketing Leadership
Partner with commercial leadership to define and implement marketing strategies that align with business objectives
Represent marketing at mangement meetings and contribute to broader business planning
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with sales, product, and commercial teams to ensure alignment and support for growth targets
Act as a key connector across functions to maximize marketing impact

Requirements
Role Requirements:
8+ years of experience in B2B marketing
Proven ability to lead teams, develop strategy, and execute high-impact marketing programs
Strong experience in digital marketing, content creation, and demand generation
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience working with agencies and managing complex budgets
Highly analytical with a focus on performance metrics and ROI
Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a hands-on leadership approach
