This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting high-profile semiconductor projects with one of the world's leading technology clients.Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will play a key role in supporting engineering documentation, material procurement, and project coordination for tool install projects at Intel.Key Responsibilities and Duties: Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will play a key role in supporting engineering documentation, material procurement, and project coordination for tool install projects at Intel.Review Field Walk Reports (FWR) and 1DR packages, identifying engineering queries and submitting comments via Intel SharePoint.Attend FWR, 1DR, OTS, and internal engineering meetings (on site or online as required).Support engineering teams by responding to site and OSM queries and generating Records of Discussion (RODs).Review weekly Intel specifications and Engineering Change Notices (ECNs), advising the project team of any updates.Transfer C'AM material lists to supplier order sheets and issue RFQs.Raise requisitions upon receipt of quotes and manage material ordering per tool.Generate Early Material Lists, Pull Planners, and support Early Buy reconciliation.Complete fixed-item scrubs, order materials per specification, and highlight any delivery risks.Coordinate change materials as required.Maintain up-to-date Tool Tracker documentation.Update Pull Planners with delivery dates and coordinate closely with the Procurement Team.Ensure all engineering and procurement documentation is accurately saved on Weltec SharePoint per tool.Generate weekly reports outlining material ordering status, outstanding items, and material pulling progress.Attend internal Weltec project meetings and Intel project meetings as required.Support any additional tasks assigned by the Engineering Manager to meet project or business needs.Key Skills and Competencies:Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant qualification.Strong attention to detail and an interest in technical documentation and procurement processes.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Comfortable working with digital platforms (SharePoint experience an advantage).Willingness to attend site meetings at Intel when required.A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the team.Benefits:Competitive salary and benefits package.Exposure to world-class semiconductor projects and industry-leading engineering processes.Mentorship and training opportunities from experienced engineers.Career advancement possibilities within a growing company.Weltec Engineering is an equal opportunity employer.We encourage applications from candidates of all backgrounds and experiences.
