Executive Event Coordinator
This role oversees the day-to-day operation of our events department, ensuring seamless execution.
* Manages all functions and provides feedback to senior management.
* Coordinates setup and breakdown of function rooms for weddings.
* Communicates updates, changes, and requests directly with event managers before client approval.
* Provides exceptional customer service and ensures guest satisfaction in the absence of event managers.
* Collaborates with sales, events teams, and other management on events matters.
* Stays up-to-date with menus and pricing, seeks new business opportunities, and works closely with sales and marketing directors.
* Organizes and assists with promotional events for guests and staff.
* Maintains knowledge of products, beverage lists, and presentation standards.
* Carries out duties to the highest standards.
* Fosters good team relations, ensuring fairness and consistency in dealings with team members.
* Responsible for upkeep and organization of wedding storage areas.
