Payroll Executive Grade IV, Healthcare (Blackrock) €19.57ph | Rolling Contract A busy healthcare facility in Blackrock is hiring a Payroll Executive to run the fortnightly payroll end-to-end. Daytime hours, MondayFriday (35h, 08:3016:30), TEMPORARY ROLLING CONTRACT, A role with real impact supporting frontline services. Hourly rate: €19.57 (~€35,500 per annum full-time equivalent). Location: Blackrock, South Dublin (onsite) Contract: Temporary Rolling Contract | Full-time (35h, MonFri) Start: Immediate Key Responsibilities End-to-end fortnightly payroll processing (accuracy, deadlines, confidentiality). Review and input electronic & paper timesheets; resolve discrepancies promptly. Revenue/ROS submissions, statutory returns and reconciliations. Apply correct benefits, deductions, PRSI, USC, pension rules to policy and law. Liaise with HR on starters, leavers, promotions, leave/pay queries. Maintain secure payroll records; support audits and management reporting. Provide professional, timely responses to employee payroll queries. Essential Requirements Leaving Certificate (or equivalent) + IPASS (or equivalent payroll qualification). 2+ years recent payroll experience in a busy environment. Hands-on experience with ResourceLink HR/Payroll. Strong Excel/Word/Outlook; high accuracy and attention to detail. Organised, clear communicator; comfortable working independently and in a team.
