The role of Civil Project Engineer is a pivotal position within the Civil Renewables Group, encompassing engineering input and project management for solar projects across Ireland.
Key Responsibilities
* Promote a safety-first culture by demonstrating commitment and ownership.
* Implement quality procedures to ensure adherence to standards.
* Provide technical expertise and guidance for solar generation projects.
* Coordinate activities among various disciplines to deliver projects on schedule and budget.
* Project manage civil works packages and administer contracts.
* Scoping, specifying, procuring, and reviewing work packages for solar generation projects.
* BUILDING AND MANAGING RELATIONSHIPS WITH INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS
* Undertaking site quality inspections.
Essential Qualifications
* A Level 8 Civil Engineering Degree or equivalent qualification.
* A minimum of 5 years relevant experience is required.
* Strong civil engineering design office experience and successfully delivered various civil engineering projects.
* Project management experience for small to medium-sized civil engineering projects.
* A strong ability to identify project work requirements and initiate work with limited oversight.
* A full drivers' licence.
