Occupational Therapist (Paediatric)
We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team in Dundalk, Ireland. As a Paediatric Occupational Therapist, you will work with children aged 0-18 who present with developmental, sensory, and/or physical challenges.
Your role will involve providing meaningful, family-centred interventions that promote independence and participation in daily life. You will assess and intervene with children across various settings, including home, clinic, and school environments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct occupational therapy assessments and interventions for children with sensory processing, motor coordination, and developmental delay
* Manage a paediatric caseload in line with prioritisation policies and individual family needs
* Collaborate with families, teachers, and healthcare professionals to deliver holistic and coordinated care
* Participate in multidisciplinary team discussions and planning meetings
* Develop and implement individualised care plans that address the unique needs of each child
* Support quality improvement initiatives and contribute to service planning
* Apply evidence-based practice and adhere to professional and ethical standards

Requirements:
* Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent qualification
* Registration with the relevant health regulatory body
* Proven experience working with children with sensory, motor, and developmental challenges
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
* Knowledge of evidence-based practices in occupational therapy
* Strong organisational and time management skills
