This senior leadership role is ideal for candidates with 15+ years of experience, offering the opportunity to oversee major infrastructure projects in areas such as waste management, urban development, and renewable energy.Key Responsibilities:Lead civil and environmental engineering teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Identify and pursue business development opportunities, supporting company growth.Oversee design management, project planning, and preparation of technical reports.Manage client relationships and stakeholder engagement.Mentor and supervise senior and junior engineers.Ensure compliance with quality assurance, health & safety, and regulatory requirements.Skills & Experience:Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering (or related discipline).Chartered Engineer status.A minimum of 15 years’ experience in design and project management.Strong background in multi-disciplinary design management and business development.Experience in budgeting, stakeholder engagement, and oral hearings is an advantage.Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings.Why Join?This is a senior leadership position with a clear path to Director level.
