We are currently seeking an experienced Bar Staff to join the team in The Devlin.

Key Areas Delivering excellent bar service across lounge, restaurant, and event operations Preparing, mixing, and serving alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages to brand standards Maintaining cleanliness, organisation, and presentation of the bar at all times Engaging guests in a friendly, professional manner and providing product knowledge when required Supporting stock rotation and accurate handling of cash and POS transactions Demonstrating flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and events as scheduled Upholding health, safety, hygiene, and licensing standards in all bar areas Job Purpose The Bar Staff role is central to the smooth operation of the bar, ensuring all guests receive a warm welcome and high quality service.
This position requires strong communication skills, product knowledge, and the ability to thrive in a fast paced hospitality environment.
Whether preparing classic cocktails, recommending wines, or managing busy event service, the Bar Staff will consistently deliver an exceptional guest experience while supporting the wider Food Beverage team.
