Large Main Contractor/Developer who have a track record of delivering large commercial, housing and apartment projects in Dublin, Kildare, Meath, Wicklow.
They are looking to make the key strategic hire of a Head of Operations to join the senior management team and be based out of their head office.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Senior leadership team and heads of departments.
Oversee all operations between head office and site to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards.
Work collaboratively with colleagues, partners and stakeholders, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
Identify and implement improvements to operational processes and standards.
Key Skills Required
Min 7 years’ experience in the construction industry (main contracting experience preferred)
Strong leadership and people management ability
Demonstrated expertise in operational governance, systems and performance management ( ISO 9001 / 14001 /45001)
Commercially minded and someone with ability to take ownership of the department
Third level qualification ideally in Construction Management, Engineering, Business or Operations
Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
