Technical Support Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled technical support specialist to provide advanced 2nd and 3rd-level support for on-site and remote teams in a multinational setting.
Responsibilities:
* Deliver global technical assistance to end users, addressing complex software, hardware, networking, and infrastructure challenges.
* Implement proactive solutions and preventive measures to minimize recurring issues and enhance overall system stability.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or relevant industry certifications.
* More than 5 years of experience in a comparable technical support role.
* Proficiency with desktop support technologies, including Microsoft Windows, macOS, Active Directory, and SCCM.
* Experience working within a cloud environment, such as AWS or Azure.
