Key Responsibilities:
* Serve customers at the sales counter, offering excellent service with a positive and professional attitude.
* Assist customers in selecting products and providing advice on hardware, tools, and DIY.
* Process sales transactions, handle cash, and manage card payments.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales area.
* Support with stock management, including receiving deliveries.
* Develop product knowledge to assist customers effectively and confidently.
* Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
* Answer phone calls and emails.
