What You'll Be Doing
* Carrying out warehouse duties to the highest standard
* Working as part of a team and following instructions from Supervisors/Team Leads
* Communicating the importance of meeting customer, statutory, and regulatory requirements
* Collaborating with other warehouse operatives, suppliers, drivers, and transport providers
* Operating machinery safely and efficiently
* Maintaining quality, health safety standards, and good housekeeping
* Following our "Listen, Solve and Deliver" approach to solving client logistics challenges
Responsibilities
* Ensure Health Safety compliance at all times
* Operate Forklifts, Reach Trucks, Power Pallet Trucks etc
* Load and unload goods safely
* Pick, locate, and cycle count stock
* Handball/re-palletise loads, as applicable
* Maintain cleanliness and order ("clean as you go")
* Perform weekly MHE inspections, including upkeep of machinery
Skills, Training Experience
* Manual Handling certification
* Counterbalance, Reach Truck, Power Pallet Truck experience (if applicable)
* GDP and GMP experience
* Strong Health Safety compliance knowledge
* Good IT skills, accurate data input, and attention to detail
* Team player with a flexible approach to work
