About Your New Job as a Junior Project Manager:
You will assist in managing interior fit-out projects from planning to completion, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and budget adherence.
Coordinate with contractors, designers, and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
Key Responsibilities for this job include:
1. Assist in project planning, scheduling, and obtaining permits.
2. Support budget management and cost tracking.
3. Conduct site inspections, ensuring quality and safety.
4. Maintain client communication and manage expectations.
5. Help identify and mitigate project risks.
6. Prepare project documentation and progress reports.
What Skills You Need
To be successful in this role you will need:
* Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
* 1-3 years of experience in project management or fit-out projects.
* Strong organizational, communication, and critical thinking skills.
* Familiarity with project management software.
