Circet Ireland is looking for an experienced Network Surveyor to join the team based in Ireland. This is an initial 12-month contract position, with potential for extension.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
* Survey, planning & design of FTTP networks from the Point of Presence to the premise, including Spine surveys.
* External fibre network design, chamber & duct construction design, cabling, and splicing design.
* Survey HLD trunk routes to ensure optimal route selection.
* Validate PIA on sites, identify issues, and determine workarounds (civils, new ducts, chambers, etc.).
* Create survey completion packs and provide updates to planners.
* Identify individual houses or multi-dwelling buildings and existing telecom connections.
* Conduct detailed surveys of the built environment to find feasible and cost-effective solutions for new builds according to specifications.
* Identify potential SED or specific Traffic Management requirements and determine any wayleave needs during planning.
Knowledge & Skills Requirements
* FTTP architecture knowledge.
* Proficient in software such as MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PDF writer, Visio, GIS, and ORION (advantage).
* Experience in fibre network planning and surveying.
* At least 2 years’ experience in a fibre network planning environment (desirable).
* Experience using GIS platforms.
* Ability to operate a smartphone, tablet, or laptop with GIS capabilities.
* Valid Accreditation in Signing, Lighting, and Guarding.
* Up-to-date certification in Manual Handling & First Aid at Work.
