As the business continues to scale, we are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager / Executive Assistant to support the CEO and wider management team.The RoleThis is a key, trusted position within the business, combining Office Management responsibilities with Executive Assistant support to the CEO. The successful candidate will play a central role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office while providing administrative, organizational, and coordination support across multiple functions.Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive & Management SupportProvide direct administrative and organizational support to the CEOManage calendars, meetings, agendas, and follow-upsPrepare reports, presentations, and business documentationAct as a key point of contact between the CEO, management team, and external stakeholdersOffice ManagementOversee the day-to-day running of the officeMaintain office systems, processes, and recordsCoordinate suppliers, service providers, and office resourcesHR AdministrationSupport the management team with HR-related administrationAssist with onboarding and offboarding of employeesMaintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentationSupport recruitment administration where requiredContracts, Tenders & DocumentationManage administrative aspects of contracts and customer/supplier documentationSupport tender submissions, including document preparation and coordinationMaintain accurate and up-to-date records for audits and complianceReporting & AdministrationAssist with internal reporting and documentation across departmentsEnsure accurate filing, version control, and document managementSupport ad hoc administrative projects as the business growsAbout YouProven experience as an Office Manager, Executive Assistant, or similar senior administrative roleStrong organizational skills with excellent attention to detailConfident supporting senior leadership in a fast-paced environmentExperience with HR administration and confidential documentationComfortable preparing reports, managing documentation, and coordinating multiple prioritiesProficiency in MS Office Suite and office management software toolsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to maintain confidentiality and discretionProactive, flexible, and able to work independentlyWhat We OfferA key role in a growing Irish food manufacturing businessClose working relationship with the CEO and senior leadership teamCompetitive salary, based on experienceStable, long-term opportunity with scope to grow the role
