Responsibilities
* Lead and motivate the store team to consistently deliver targets and drive store performance.
* Demonstrate business acumen to identify opportunities; understand P&Ls and maximise margins.
* Coach and develop high-performing teams; influence and gain commitment through sharing knowledge and experiences.
* Be responsible for KPIs for store and teams (sales, stock, audits, security) and ensure the store is fit to trade.
* Champion the customer experience and WOW every guest in-store.
* Assist customers through the discovery, experience, and purchase process; speak to Three’s connected life vision.
What the role involves
* Taking ownership of customer issues with problem-solving skills to resolve them professionally.
* Promote customer self-service and engage customers with the My3 app.
* Tell a compelling story about product range beyond technical specs.
Sales and Customer Experience
* Motivate the team to exceed targets through coaching and support.
* Maintain expert knowledge of all products; participate in trainings and stay current with product FAQs.
* Engage with customers to match them to appropriate products and services; cross-sell and upsell where appropriate.
Other responsibilities
* Support the team and manager; participate in projects that improve people and customer experience.
* Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activity to demonstrate value to customers.
* Identify and suggest process or service improvements with confidence to implement changes.

Skills and attributes
* Strong experience in retail; proven success in achieving targets.
* Customer facing/service experience with a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
* Goal-oriented, team player, and clear communicator who can explain new information in everyday language.
* Willingness to run the store in the manager’s absence and adapt to a fast-paced environment across sales floor, stock management, tills, and merchandising.
