Internal Sales & Administration Assistant - Kilrea - Permanent

An opportunity has arisen to join a busy and supportive team in Kilrea as an Internal Sales & Administration Assistant. In this role, you will provide day-to-day support to the internal sales function while carrying out general administrative duties to ensure smooth office operations and a high level of customer service.

£Competitive salary
Monday to Friday
Permanent role


What you'll be doing in this role:


Perform general office administration tasks.
Maintain organised filing systems (digital and paper).
Assist with data entry and updating company databases
Liaise with customers regarding order status, delivery times, and product information.
Support the sales team in following up quotations and customer communications.
Provide professional and friendly communication with customers.
Respond to customer queries and direct them to the appropriate department when necessary.


What you'll need for this role:


Good organisational and administrative skills.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, email, CRM systems).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and good time management
