About the Role
This hands-on leadership position focuses on people and operations, with responsibility for the spa’s daily activities. From team management and booking coordination to stock control and upholding exceptional customer service standards, your role will be central to delivering a seamless, luxurious guest experience. You will also drive operational efficiency and profitability.
Responsibilities
* Oversee all spa operations, including team leadership, staff scheduling, stock management, and system oversight.
* Work closely with sales and marketing to increase spa revenue and bookings.
* Mentor and develop your team, cultivating a positive, motivated, and professional culture.
* Ensure full compliance with health & safety and operational standards.
* Collaborate with senior management on budgeting, financial tracking, and performance analysis.
Key Requirements
* Experienced manager from hospitality, retail, or other customer-facing sectors.
* Strong leadership skills with excellent communication and team-building abilities.
* Operationally savvy, with experience in sales, financial management, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
* Results-driven, proactive, and passionate about delivering outstanding service.
* Must hold a full driving license and be able to drive.
