Key Responsibilities:

* Second Close Sales of new and used vehicles to customers, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.
* Oversee stock levels, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns.
* Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and company standards.
* Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience in Vehicle sales, ideally in a leadership or senior sales role.
* A hands-on manager with a strong track record in both team leadership and personal sales performance.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Results-oriented with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
* Ability to coach, develop, and inspire a team.
* Full, clean driver's licence required.
