Job Title: Cost Management Professional
Overview:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing costs and providing advisory services to design teams and clients.
Responsibilities:
* Pre-contract cost control and advice
* Document preparation
* Interim recommendations, cost reporting, client meetings, final account reconciliations
* Estimating & cost planning
* Preparing bills of quantities, contract documentation, cost reports, monthly valuations
* Agreement of final accounts, review and resolution of contractual claims
* Attending meetings with clients and design team members
* Training and development
Requirements:
* Degree in Quantity Surveying
* 1-5 years of professional experience with a proven track record in dealing with subcontractors and clients
* Computer literacy in Microsoft Office and other quantity surveying packages (Billsoft)
Benefits:
€45K - €75K basic salary and negotiable dependent on experience, full-time permanent staff role with great career prospects
