Beechfield Care Group are currently seeking to recruit Senior Staff Nurse Night Supervisor to assume responsibility for the care of residents at Bethany House Nursing Home, Tyrellspass, Co. Westmeath N91P5P6 We are a long-established Nursing Home Group based Dublin, Carlow, Meath, Westmeath & Kildare.

Contract: Permanent (Full or part-time) Shift Pattern: Out of Hours (Nights) The successful candidate will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for residents to the highest professional and ethical standards.
Role Responsibilities: Mentoring and training of Staff Nurses and Healthcare Assistants Quality of Care Responsibilities Day to day supervision of the care and nursing staff Co-ordinate resident activities Work within HIQA regulations Act as Nurse in Charge for designated units / shifts Any other duties as assigned by Director of Nursing Candidate Requirements: NMBI Registered Excellent Clinical, Leadership and Organisational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
