Core Responsibilities Global Health Insurance Intelligence & Strategic Benchmarking Conduct in-depth monitoring and analysis of global health insurance markets, with a focus on Europe – Ireland specific – with knowledge in global markets such as North America. Identify emerging regulatory trends, legislative shifts, and product innovation to support strategic planning and regulatory compliance. Lead competitor benchmarking initiatives and synthesize findings into actionable intelligence reports for internal stakeholders. Advanced Claims Analysis & Benefit Structuring Evaluate and adjudicate health insurance claims using the I Health platform, ensuring alignment with internal policy frameworks and international insurance standards. Verify claim authenticity through comprehensive document validation and manage benefit allocations with accuracy and compliance integrity. Arrears Governance & Financial Risk Communication Own and manage arrears portfolios across a wide member base. Perform financial reconciliation through the analysis of complex bank statements and payment flows. Develop and deploy targeted arrears recovery strategies, including data-driven outreach campaigns and structured communications with members, institutions, and finance units. Digital Infrastructure Oversight & UX Optimization Oversee the functionality, information architecture, and UX of internal and client-facing digital platforms. Conduct QA testing cycles to identify interface inefficiencies and champion continuous UX improvements. Coordinate with developers and design teams to implement user-centric enhancements aligned with accessibility and engagement standards. Data Intelligence & Operational Insights Design and maintain robust reporting frameworks using Excel and Power BI to track KPIs across claims lifecycle, arrears trends, user engagement, and operational bottlenecks. Translate complex datasets into strategic business intelligence to support cross-functional decision-making. UX Writing & Integrated SEO Communication Strategy Craft high-impact UX content, in-app messaging, and compliance communications that guide users through sensitive workflows such as claims processing and arrears resolution. Implement SEO informed content strategies to enhance discoverability, brand tone consistency, and conversion performance across digital platforms. Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Digital Marketing, Information Technology, Market Research, Business Intelligence, Insurance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in health insurance analysis, market research, or digital UX/data environments, preferably within a regulated sector.
• Proven expertise in claims adjudication, compliance processes, and benefit structuring using platforms like I Health.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze arrears data and financial statements, with experience in member financial communications.
• Strong command of data analytics tools such as Excel, and statistical platforms
• Experience with SEO, UX writing, or digital content strategy, especially within the insurance, health and fintech sector.
• Working knowledge of global health insurance frameworks and familiarity with European and North American regulatory standards.
• Exceptional analytical, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex data for cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented and adaptable, with strong project ownership and a track record of delivering high-impact outcomes in a multidisciplinary environment. Additional Skills
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere) for digital content production and visual communication.
• Skilled in content creation for both marketing and user support, including social media, UX microcopy, and platform notifications.
• Advanced writing and editing skills, with the ability to simplify complex information for different audiences and touchpoints.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, sprint planning, and cross-functional collaboration with product and development teams.
• Strong grasp of consumer psychology and digital behavior analytics to inform content, UX, and marketing strategies.
