German-Speaking Account Executive (Dublin, Hybrid)

About the Role
As an Account Executive, you’ll manage the full sales cycle independently—from lead qualification and discovery to demo and close. You’ll balance strategic planning with hands-on execution, managing a high-volume pipeline and owning your territory’s long-term success.
Top-performing AEs here close 70%+ of their opportunities, forecast with accuracy, and operate as trusted advisors to their prospects.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Own the full sales process: from outbound prospecting and qualification to product demo and close
* Actively manage a high-volume pipeline and prioritize effectively
* Build and execute a strategic territory plan for sustainable growth
* Work collaboratively with peers and share best practices
* Provide guidance and mentorship to junior sales team members
* Take ownership of additional projects to expand your commercial skillset
* Represent the team with professionalism, accountability, and consistency
What You Bring
* Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
* 1+ years of experience in a revenue-generating role such as BDR, SDR, Account Manager, or Junior AE in a SaaS/MarTech environment
* Proven success selling to founders, marketers, or business owners, ideally in ecommerce or retail
* Strong outbound prospecting ability with creative, strategic approaches
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment with multiple stakeholders
* Resilient, motivated, and goal-oriented — you thrive on exceeding targets
* Curious and coachable, with a strong growth mindset and drive for improvement
* Collaborative team player who brings energy, insight, and support to others
* Fully authorized to work in Ireland without sponsorship
