This role will support the Sales Admin Team with order entry and customer support responsibilities. Key tasks include processing customer orders, resolving queries, and updating customer records.
Main duties:
 * Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
 * Resolve customer queries promptly and professionally
 * Update customer records regularly
Key skills required include excellent communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Outlook, Excel, and Word is also necessary. The ideal candidate will be able to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
