Cash Management Expert Wanted
Candidates should have a strong understanding of financial markets and products, with experience in the use of SWIFT and other payments systems.
Responsibilities include:
* Liaising with investors, arrangers, lawyers and other transaction parties.
* Reviewing legal documentation for transactions from a governance, compliance and administrative perspective.
* Developing and maintaining waterfall/IPD reporting through the lifecycle of transactions.
