Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a Technical Sales Professional to join our team. As an Engineering Sales Representative, you will be responsible for visiting clients and potential customers to identify needs and promote products and services.
You will work individually and within a team environment to develop strong relationships with existing and new customers. Your key responsibilities include:
* Generating and qualifying sales leads, working alongside specialists where appropriate
* Liaising with internal teams to follow up on opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction
* Preparing quotations, negotiating with clients, and closing sales to meet or exceed targets
* Maintaining accurate sales records and reports using company IT and CRM systems
* Supporting exhibitions, product demonstrations, and marketing events as needed
We require someone with experience in technical sales or field sales roles, preferably within measurement, engineering, manufacturing, or similar industries. You must have strong communication and relationship-building skills, technical aptitude, and the ability to learn complex product ranges. A full driving licence and willingness to travel are essential.
