Job Title: Service Delivery Manager
About the Role:
This role plays a key leadership part in managing our day service for adults with dementia.
We aim to improve quality of life, support family carers and provide a safe environment within the community.
The Senior Centre Manager will be responsible for operational, clinical and administrative management of the service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maximise the impact and reach of all services
* Ensure excellent relationships are developed and maintained with multiple stakeholders
* Grow and develop the range and number of dementia services
* Manage and maintain records and documentation
* Assist in actively marketing the services
* Motivate and empower team members
* Implement full performance management of team
* Ensure effective management of human resources
* Identify and manage risks
* Proactively manage operations budget
* Provide timely and accurate budget data
Essential Requirements:
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role
* A third-level qualification in business, management or facility management is desirable
* Proven ability to lead successful teams
* Experience of people management
* Excellent communication, time management and organisational skills
* Ability to be innovative and creative
* Strong business awareness
