Qualifications
5+ years of hands-on AI/ML experience with a focus on LLM applications in production environments
Hands-on experience designing multi-step agentic workflows with tool use and sub-agent orchestration - Claude Agent SDK, LangGraph, or equivalent
Experience building RAG implementations
Proficiency with the Anthropic Claude API or equivalent
Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) for agent tool integration
Python proficiency
Financial services/ banking/ insurance experience
