Job Title: Senior Partnership Development Manager
A high-performing Partner Success manager is required to work with our Life Science industry client.
* The role of this position is to lead, mentor and grow a team, set goals, monitor performance, and provide regular coaching and development.
* The key partner point of contact will ensure the partners needs are met and that they are fully engaged with our products, services and vision.
* Collaborate with senior leadership to define the strategy, KPIs and roadmap for partner success. Align the teams activities with broader company goals.
* Develop scalable processes, systems and tools to streamline operations and improve partner satisfaction.
* Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product and Customer Support teams to advocate for partner needs and drive product enhancements and joint go-to-market strategies.
* Drive partner retention, expansion and satisfaction by ensuring value realization, managing health metrics and proactively addressing risks.
* Track and report on key partner success metrics. Provide actionable insights to internal stakeholders and use data to drive decision-making.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in managing high-performing teams (typically 5+ years).
* Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, building trust with internal and external stakeholders.
* Strategic thinker with a strong operational mindset.
* Proficiency in CRM tools, partner portals, and success management platforms.
* Data analysis and strategic translation.
* Experience working in process-driven environments.
* Regulated Industry Experience in Quality Assurance, Engineering or Validation.
