Reception and Admin Support Role
The primary objective of this role is to provide administrative support to the Assessment Day Services department during assessment days. This entails coordinating with project team members, sending reminders, confirming appointments, and rescheduling assessments as needed.
Key responsibilities include greeting clients, welcoming them to assessment days, and liaising with clinicians. Additionally, tasks such as scanning and photocopying documents, logging and recording data, cleaning and tidying up, and performing security checks are essential duties.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a psychological field, social work, or disability services, with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Strong planning, organization, and multi-tasking skills are also required, along with familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite.
