Role OverviewResponsible for processing all damages requiring Bodyshop assessment and repair, ensuring vehicle downtime aligns with KPIs, and maintaining no more than 2% of the Dublin fleet in Bodyshop at any time.
Key ResponsibilitiesCapture additional images of damaged vehicles for damage packsUpload damage packs to shared drivesPerform quality checks on repaired vehiclesCommunicate QC outcomes to Workshop ManagerManage and monitor vehicles in BodyshopHandle documentation requests and updatesServe as point of contact for departments regarding vehicle statusProvide training support to satellite branchesLiaise with Asset Department on vehicle movementsEnsure timely job card creation and updatesUpdate customers on repair progressCorrespond via email and letters as neededMaintain daily communication with external BodyshopsConduct fleet audit reports weekly and monthlyThis list is not exhaustive, and flexibility is required.
Person SpecificationLeaving Certificate including Maths & English or equivalentBasic knowledge of vehicle panels and maintenanceExperience in a Bodyshop environmentProven customer service skillsStrong communication skillsAbility to work under pressureProficient in Microsoft OfficeOrganized and self-motivatedEnthusiastic with a can-do attitudeTeam player adaptable to changeExperience in vehicle rental or motor industryExperience in warranty, workshop, or body shop roles desirableWhat We OfferCompetitive salary of €30,000 DOE per annum pro-rata, plus:
