This role suits someone who enjoys hands-on operational finance, takes ownership of daily processes, and is comfortable strengthening controls and improving ways of working.You'll be responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, supporting reporting activities, and working closely with teams across the business to resolve queries and ensure accuracy.Your RoleManage AR/AP operational tasks including claims runs and broker runsHandle financial queries and tickets in the afternoon (e.g., duplicate charges, payment issues)Support daily banking activities and reconciliation processesMaintain accurate financial records and assist with internal controlsDevelop an understanding of premium flows and support operational reportingWork cross-functionally across operations, claims, and complianceContribute to process improvements as the business scalesSupport ongoing project work within the finance functionYour Skills2–3 years' experience in AR, AP, or a similar finance operations role.Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Confident communicator who can work effectively with teams across the business.Proactive, organised, and comfortable improving processes and controls.Should this position be of interest, please forward your CV to Aoife Davis in Abrivia Recruitment.
