Role Overview
As our
LiveOps Manager
, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and executing the Live Operations strategy within the MoneyTime app. You will drive user engagement, retention, and monetization through compelling in-app experiences, including time-limited events, challenges, promotions, and personalized campaigns.
You will work closely with Product, Data, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Support teams to deliver coordinated, data-driven initiatives that enhance the player experience and business performance.
Key Responsibilities
LiveOps Strategy & Execution
* Define and own the LiveOps roadmap in alignment with product and business objectives
* Plan, launch, and manage in-app events, challenges, and promotional campaigns
* Ensure smooth execution and ongoing optimization of all live content
Data-Driven Optimization
* Track, analyze, and report on key KPIs such as retention, engagement, revenue, and churn
* Use A/B testing and analytics to evaluate LiveOps performance
* Turn insights into clear recommendations and improvements for future initiatives
Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Partner with Product, Design, Engineering, Marketing, and Data teams to plan and execute campaigns
* Work closely with Analytics to interpret performance and forecast trends
* Collaborate with Customer Support to incorporate player feedback and resolve LiveOps-related issues
Operations & Planning
* Own and maintain a LiveOps calendar across events, promotions, and updates
* Monitor live features and campaigns, identifying and mitigating risks in real time
* Stay up to date with mobile gaming LiveOps best practices, tools, and trends
Who You Are
* Experienced:
2+ years in LiveOps, game operations, mobile product operations, or a related role (experience with loyalty, rewards, or free-to-play mobile apps is a plus)
* Data-Driven:
Comfortable using analytics and experimentation to guide decisions
* Player-Focused:
Strong understanding of player motivations and engagement loops
* Collaborative:
Effective communicator who works well with cross-functional teams
* Organized:
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
